Sometimes I’m really in the mood for a dessert and this mousse ticks all of the taste boxes without putting a load of chemicals or artificial flavours into your body – plus it’s easy to make and lasts for a few days in the fridge.
1/4 cup coconut oil (liquid form, if you can’t find then just melt the solid version)
1 large ripe banana
1/2 punnet ripe fresh raspberries
1/2 cup SUPERGOODFRUITS freeze dried raspberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
Just throw all of the ingredients into your blender / food processor until it forms a smooth mousse.
Then leave in the fridge for about an hour before tucking in…
